Maritza is exceptional! Our realtor left the state with one day warning and Maritza came in and saved the day! She showed me so many houses and was always available and very knowledgeable. We found a house within days and were under contract. Unfortunately that house fell through due to the seller, but she found us another house the following weekend and we close at the end of this month. She got the best deal and we couldn’t be happier.
